Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare audit or related field.
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Experience in PACE compliance highly preferred.
• Ability to lead with influence and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to review and interpret data and make data-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Audit readiness activities for CMS and SAA audits, including internal monitoring of audit data and training.
• Live audit management with CMS and SAA teams, QA of submissions, and corrective action plan monitoring.
• Develop expertise on PACE audit data, trends and risk mitigation.
• Provide regular internal audit reporting to executives and board committees.
• Collaborate with Practice Operations on audit impacts to quality programs and center operations.
