Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare audit or related field.
• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Experience in PACE compliance highly preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position.

Responsibilities

• Audit readiness activities for CMS and SAA audits, including internal monitoring of audit data and policies.
• Live audit management with CMS and SAA teams; QA and corrective actions.
• Expertise on PACE audit data, trends, and risk mitigation.
• Regular internal reporting to executives and board committees.
• Recommend updates to the annual auditing workplan based on findings.
• Collaborate with teams on audit impacts to programs and center operations.
• Represent the compliance program within Habitat Health.
• Travel as required for regulatory audits.
