Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. seeks a Supervisor, Clinical Appeals to lead a denials-management team of Appeal Coordinators supporting Corro Clinical clients. This remote role requires an RN in good standing and strong leadership to mentor staff, manage workflows, and ensure quality across the appeals process.

You will oversee operations, set performance standards, and coordinate with payers and internal stakeholders while ensuring HIPAA/HITECH compliance and a focus on process improvement.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience directly managing a team preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially to connect to remote team members and internal/external customers.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Refined ability to delegate responsibilities and provide leadership and training to key personnel.
