Qualifications

• RN license required.
• 3–5 years in healthcare denials/appeals.
• Experience with Epic is required.
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 guidelines.
• Payor and Provider appeal experience preferred.
• RN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performance management of staff and KPI-driven Revenue Cycle Management.
• Lead and mentor Appeals team; ensure quality assurance and training.
• Coordinate interdepartmental workflows and escalation management.
• Prepare and report operational progress and maintain relationships with internal/external customers.
