Addison Group is seeking an experienced RN CDI Query Writer for a fully remote contract opportunity, nationwide. The role focuses on reviewing clinical documentation and developing compliant physician queries to ensure accurate diagnosis capture and coding alignment.

You will collaborate with CDI specialists and physician reviewers, perform clinical validation, and adhere to AHIMA/ACDIS guidelines. The position is 40 hours per week, with training and remote work arrangements provided.

Competenze

• RN with 3+ years of inpatient CDI experience.
• Strong nursing background, ICU/Trauma/ER or Med/Surg preferred.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Mansioni

• Review inpatient clinical documentation and identify query opportunities.
• Develop accurate, compliant physician queries following AHIMA/ACDIS guidelines.
• Collaborate with physician reviewers and CDI specialists.
