Qualifications

• Strong case management skills within workers' compensation, including care coordination and treatment planning.
• Unencumbered RN license in CA; CCM preferred.
• Clinical experience in neurology, orthopedics, or emergency room; discharge planning and transition of care are important.

Responsibilities
