Job summary

FCCI Group is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide telephonic case management for workers' compensation claims. The role coordinates medical care, evaluates medical necessity, and develops initial action plans to expedite claim resolution in collaboration with the adjuster.

This hybrid position can be based at our Sarasota office, other regional offices, or work remotely. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salaries.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state hired; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Two years of relevant case management/ workers' compensation experience.
• Certification in Case Management (CCM) or Rehabilitation (CRRN) or eligible to sit for exam.
• Proficient with desktop technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic case management for assigned workers' compensation claims.
• Coordinate and evaluate medical care to expediting claims handling.
• Develop an initial plan outlining actions to resolve injuries timely using guidelines.
• Monitor progress and evaluate medical necessity in coordination with the adjuster.
• Make recommendations on alternative care based on established parameters.
