Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM/CRC/COHN/CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp case management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in a cost‑effective manner, delivering care per URAC and CMSA standards.
• Support patients and employees with benefits under Workers’ Comp, Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
• Coordinate services and travel for local field visits to South Bay and surrounding areas.
