Job summary

Broadspire Services, Inc. is seeking an RN Case Manager to join our Northwest Los Angeles County team. This remote role requires local field travel and the ability to visit patients at their sites.

A valid RN license is required and national certification is preferred. You'll manage cases across Workers' Comp, health, and disability programs. Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers' Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective medical case management in a cost‑effective manner.
• Deliver case management services in line with URAC standards and CMSA Standards of Practice.
• Support patients/employees with benefits under Workers' Comp, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
• Travel locally for field case management visits as required.
