Job summary

Crawford in Bloomington, IL is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join our remote team serving the Bloomington region. This role combines telework with local field travel to support employees and patients across the territory.

You will manage medical care coordination, assist with benefits under Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, and Disability, and ensure compliance with URAC and CMSA standards. RN degree required; national certification preferred.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.
• National certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in a cost-effective manner.
• Support patients/employees receiving benefits under insurance lines including Workers’ Compensation, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
• Deliver case management in accordance with URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
