Job summary

Crawford is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to join our Sacramento, CA region team. You will deliver cost-effective, standards-based case management services and support patients and employees with insurance- related benefits.

In this hybrid role, you’ll combine work-from-home flexibility with local field travel, participate in quality guidelines (URAC, CMSA) and pursue CCM/CRC/COHN/CRRN credentials.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• National Certification preferred (CCM, CRC, COHN, CRRN).
• Workers’ Comp Case Management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective case management services in accordance with URAC standards, CMSA Standards of Practice, and Broadspire QA Guidelines.
• Support patients/employees with benefits under Workers’ Comp, Group Health, Liability, Disability, and Care Management.
