Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks six TX licensed RNs to work telephonically with Medicaid members across the state. Three roles require at least two years in behavioral health or substance abuse; the other three require two years in ICU/CCU/ED. Most duties are telephonic, with occasional in-person visits.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM in your time zone. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneNote) is essential.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years in care management or health/behavioral health setting.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job travel.
• Experience with electronic medical records and HIPAA compliance.
• Ability to work telephonically and in diverse settings.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and determine care management eligibility.
• Develop and implement care coordination plans with stakeholders.
• Perform telephonic, in-person, or home visits as required.
• Monitor and document care plan effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Maintain ongoing member caseload with regular outreach.
• Promote integration of behavioral health and LTSS services.
• Facilitate ICT meetings and collaboration.
• Use motivational interviewing to educate and motivate members.
• Identify barriers to care and coordinate solutions.
• May provide consultation to peers.
