Job summary

You will apply bedside nursing judgment to validate data, collaborate with stakeholders, and provide clear feedback on guidelines and edge cases. Prior annotation experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the United States.
• Recent inpatient bedside RN experience is required.
• Experience with clinical documentation review and data annotation is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication to clearly convey feedback and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and review inpatient nursing notes, progress notes, care plans, orders, labs, and discharge summaries.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, and appropriateness across inpatient scenarios.
• Apply bedside nursing judgment to validate and enrich datasets and workflows.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in clinical documentation.
• Provide high-quality feedback to improve guidelines and model understanding.
