Dover is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to contribute as a contractor on an AI data annotation project. You'll apply inpatient nursing expertise to review clinical content, annotate records, and provide actionable feedback to improve model learning, with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and clarity across diverse inpatient scenarios.

Remote work within the United States is supported; US RN license and recent inpatient bedside experience are preferred to ensure high-quality input for training

Qualifications

• Active US RN license with inpatient nursing experience.
• Experience reviewing clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Experience annotating medical records and providing actionable feedback.

Responsabilités

• Annotate and review nursing notes, care plans, orders, labs, and discharge summaries for accuracy and clinical soundness.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for clinical safety and appropriateness across inpatient populations.
• Apply bedside nursing judgment and knowledge of inpatient workflows to validate datasets.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in documentation.
• Provide high-quality feedback to improve guidelines and model understanding.
