Codertal is looking for an innovative and highly skilled Reinforcement Learning Engineer to build, train, and optimize intelligent agents for real‑world applications. You will work on RL algorithms, simulation environments, reward modeling, and advanced optimization strategies to support our international clients in creating autonomous AI‑driven systems.

You will collaborate closely with AI researchers, software engineers, and product teams to transform cutting‑edge RL concepts into scalable, production‑ready solutions.

🔎 Key Responsibilities
  • ✅ Develop and optimize reinforcement learning algorithms and agents.
  • ✅ Design and train RL models using custom or standard environments.
  • ✅ Implement efficient reward shaping strategies for complex tasks.
  • ✅ Build scalable training pipelines, simulations, and policy optimization workflows.
  • ✅ Analyze model performance and iterate for continuous improvement.
  • ✅ Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate RL solutions into real‑world products.
  • ✅ Ensure safe, ethical, and reliable model behavior during deployment.
