Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a proactive Risk Management Analyst to advance workplace safety, workers' compensation, and client safety programs. The role partners with Operations, Clinical leadership, People Services, and external vendors to identify risks and promote a safety culture across locations.

The analyst will lead safety reporting, injury management, leave coordination, and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement and risk reduction across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in risk management, safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of risk management or safety experience.
• Experience coordinating workers’ compensation and leaves is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Workplace Safety Committee activities, reporting, and follow-up.
• Monitor safety trends and identify opportunities to reduce employee injuries.
• Conduct safety assessments, audits, and develop action plans.
• Manage workers' compensation claims from occurrence to closure.
• Coordinate return-to-work and modified duty programs with operations.
• Support leave of absence administration and overlapping leaves.
• Prepare claims analytics and executive reporting for leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain risk management documentation.
• Investigate client safety events and assist with root cause analyses.
• Develop safety metrics, dashboards, and scorecards.
