Job summary

ARL Network is seeking a Risk Manager to own the predictive risk analytics platform and shape the risk program. You will determine scoring, intervention tiers, coaching plans, and program goals, reporting to the Director of Risk and Claims while supervising the field risk function.

You will lead data-driven safety initiatives, validate data quality across telematics and inspections, and deliver monthly risk dashboards to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in fleet safety, DOT compliance, transportation risk, or claims analysis, including leadership.
• Experience building a data-driven safety or risk program with scoring methodology.
• Ability to interpret telematics, hours of service, and roadside inspection data for action.
• Familiarity with FMCSA and DOT regulations and CSA scoring.

Responsibilities

• Own the predictive risk analytics platform, including scoring, tiers, and escalation.
• Define business requirements with analytics and define reporting priorities.
• Validate scoring outputs and ensure data quality across telematics, hours of service, roadside inspection, and claims sources.
• Design and maintain the intervention framework and coaching plans.
• Lead the field risk function, set targets, and conduct coaching.
• Deliver monthly risk dashboards and reporting to leadership.
