Job summary

Southwire Company LLC offers a remote Summer Internship/Co-op focused on Risk Management and Insurance. You will support the Risk Management & Insurance team with data collection, COI tracking, and policy database maintenance, in a 10–18 week program with mentorship and project-based assignments.

Students must be enrolled and pursuing degrees in Risk Management, Insurance, or related fields, with strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, and solid analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college/university.
• Pursuing a degree in Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and compile risk exposure data to support insurance policy renewals.
• Review and track COIs for compliance.
• Maintain and update the insurance policy database.
• Assist with collecting and validating risk management data from internal stakeholders.
• Support documentation and special projects as assigned.
