Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Risk Engineer Executive to lead enterprise-level risk engineering initiatives for clients in Finance & Insurance. This remote role partners with underwriting teams to strengthen loss prevention, resilience, and overall risk posture for multinational clients.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 8–10 years of risk engineering experience, and professional certifications such as PE, CSP, or ARM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in risk engineering or related fields.
• Significant experience with complex insurance brokerage or multinational clients.
• Professional certifications like PE, CSP, or ARM are preferred.
• Able to travel for client engagements and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level risk engineering and loss prevention initiatives.
• Consult on advanced strategies for complex, high-risk client engagements.
• Develop innovative solutions for emerging risks and operational resilience.
• Advise executive stakeholders on strategic risk management and operational risk reduction.
• Enhance client relationships through strategic consultation and advisory support.
• Collaborate with underwriting partners to influence market negotiations.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior risk engineers and support organizational standards.
