Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Risk Engineer Executive to lead enterprise-level risk engineering initiatives for clients in Finance & Insurance. This remote role partners with underwriting teams to strengthen loss prevention, resilience, and overall risk posture for multinational clients.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 8–10 years of risk engineering experience, and professional certifications such as PE, CSP, or ARM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline is required.
• 8–10 years of experience in risk engineering or related fields.
• Significant experience with complex insurance brokerage or multinational clients.
• Professional certifications like PE, CSP, or ARM are preferred.
• Able to travel for client engagements and industry events.

For our client, we are seeking a Risk Engineer Executive to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead enterprise-level risk engineering efforts that help clients strengthen loss prevention, operational resilience, and overall risk posture. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on complex, high-risk engagements while shaping practical strategies for emerging exposures. This position also partners closely with underwriting teams to support market negotiations and deliver sophisticated technical guidance across specialized client environments.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
