Job summary

Humana CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Analyst to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to leaders and teams. You will develop dashboards and reports, analyze trends, and prepare executive-ready summaries while collaborating across functions to improve data quality and reporting.

You will partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs, ensure accuracy, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive health information in a remote work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, analytics, healthcare administration, operations, information management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop recurring dashboards and reports for operational oversight, analytics, compliance monitoring, and leadership decision-making.
• Analyze operational trends, variances, aging, volumes, activity breakdowns, and performance changes; summarize findings with key takeaways and next steps.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries, presentations, and written analyses that explain the story behind the data beyond raw reports.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs, including dashboard maintenance, audit reporting, and CDI/tracking activities.
• Partner with leaders to define reporting needs, resolve data issues, and support interpretation of results.
• Document active deliverables, data sources, risks, and transition plans to ensure knowledge transfer.
