Job summary

Humana is seeking a Home Health Data and Reporting Coordinator to manage data, reporting, payroll support, and system administration. You will create dashboards and reports using advanced Excel and potentially Power BI to support operational decisions.

The role reports to the Care Management Director and is hybrid with on-site work at the Miramar, FL location. Requirements include 2+ years in data reporting-related roles, advanced Excel skills, and experience building dashboards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data reporting, business support, administrative operations, or a related field.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required.
• Experience creating Pivot Tables.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Gather, compile, analyze, and verify data from multiple sources to support business operations.
• Create reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions including pivot tables and data analysis tools.
• Support payroll-related reporting, user account maintenance and access management, and SharePoint record management.
• Collaborate with operational leadership to understand reporting requirements and develop dashboards.
• Assist with Power BI reporting and maintenence of reporting systems used across the organization.
