Job summary

Humana Inc is seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Analyst to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support. You will develop dashboards, analyze trends, and prepare executive-ready summaries to guide leadership decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting needs, ensure data quality, and maintain documentation. This remote role includes travel for training or meetings and offers a bonus incentive plan along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, analytics, healthcare administration, operations, information management, or related field.
• Experience supporting operations, analytics, project coordination, or administrative responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to organize data, create summaries, and support presentation-ready deliverables.
• Validate data, identify trends, compare time periods, calculate changes, and explain findings clearly.
• Produce written summaries with main insights and next steps for leadership review.
• Validate calculations, remove duplicates, and confirm assumptions before sharing deliverables.
• Collaborate across teams and translate partner requests into reporting or documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop recurring dashboards and reports to support operational oversight and leadership decision-making.
• Analyze trends, variances, aging, volumes, and performance changes; summarize findings with key takeaways.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries, presentations, and analyses that tell the data story.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs including dashboard maintenance and audit reporting.
• Partner with leaders to define reporting needs and resolve data issues.
• Document deliverables, data sources, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Manage priorities, meet deadlines, and make independent decisions within guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare information.
