Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics or related field required
• 2+ years of post-grad experience in strategy/management consulting or healthcare internal strategy
• 6 years of related experience in Business or Healthcare

Responsibilities

• Identify key business issues, apply analytical frameworks, develop recommendations and present outcomes to stakeholders.
• Lead delivery of risk adjustment initiatives aligned with RAAM strategic plan.
• Manage strategy projects with internal/external resources.
• Serve as SME on risk adjustment programs for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and support training plans.
