Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a strategic leader to support RAAM with analytics, market research, forecasting, and strategy development. You will develop formal recommendations for senior leadership and create documents informing critical strategic decisions.

The role offers hybrid or remote work options; onsite presence is required 3 days a week if living within 50 miles of an office. Strong communication and healthcare domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Business, Healthcare, Economics or related field.
• 2 years of post-grad experience with strategy/management consulting firms or internal strategy groups.
• 6 years of related experience in Business or Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business issues with owners and apply analytical framework.
• Lead delivery of risk adjustment initiatives aligned with RAAM strategy.
• Manage major strategy projects with internal or external resources.
• Serve as SME on risk adjustment programs for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA lines.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to training plans.
• Develop analytical frameworks and best practices for strategy issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
