Job summary

Oscar Health is hiring an Associate, Risk Adjustment Auditor to join their Risk Adjustment team. This remote position focuses on conducting quality audits specific to ICD-10 code abstraction accuracy. You will work with management to implement benchmarks and quality assurance programs.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, have CPC certification, and at least 3 years of risk adjustment coding experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and annual performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or commensurate work experience.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification is essential.
• 3+ years retrospective risk adjustment coding experience is required.
• 1+ year's experience in Quality Auditing or Risk Adjustment Data Validation Audit.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external quality audits for ICD-10 code accuracy.
• Handle medical record reviews to report ICD-10-CM diagnosis codes.
• Develop relationships to increase understanding of the Risk Adjustment process.
