Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced MedTech Regulatory Information Management consultant to lead RIM implementations worldwide. You will guide regulatory operations transformations, collaborate with services teams, and ensure successful delivery across data and documentation workstreams.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in system implementations and 4+ years in Regulatory Affairs, with strong FDA/EU MDR/IVDR knowledge and excellent communication skills to drive adoption and continuous

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems implementation or software consulting.
• 4+ years of experience in Regulatory Operations or Regulatory Affairs in Medical Device or Diagnostics.
• Direct experience with software implementation for Veeva RIM or similar solutions (e.g. RegDesk, RIMSYS, IQVIA, Kalypso, Essenvia).
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EU MDR/IVDR, Technical Documentation structures, UDI reporting).
• Proven track record leading IT operations or implementations as a consultant, business analyst, or sponsor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RIM implementation workstreams for MedTech Regulatory solutions.
• Review and analyze existing customer business processes to identify gaps and requirements.
• Function as primary customer liaison, managing complex communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption roadmaps for Regulatory Operations.
• Guide customers in adopting Veeva RIM and best practices for data and document management.
