Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. is seeking a RightAngle Technical Analyst/Developer to support and enhance our commercial trading and logistics systems.

The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and supporting multiple instances of the RightAngle ETRM application for NGL, Refined Products, and Crude Oil operations. The successful candidate will work with application development teams, the Business Process Optimization group, and key business partners to deliver scalable, reliable technology solutions supporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with software development lifecycle concepts and basic project management.
Experience with database management systems.
Experience with multiple development languages/platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and support the RightAngle application across multiple environments.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with ONEOK standards.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to enhance workflows.
Develop and maintain RightAngle components, integrations, reports, and batch processes.
Support production operations, including incident resolution and performance tuning.
Participate in system upgrades and new module implementations.
Ensure solutions align with data, security, and compliance standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
Provide technical guidance within the development team.
