Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Minnesota.
• Ability to obtain a Minnesota Real Estate License within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Acquire property rights, easements, and access agreements for infrastructure projects in Minnesota.
• Build relationships with property owners, agencies, and stakeholders as SEH’s primary representative during acquisition.
• Conduct property research, review title information, prepare acquisition documents, and coordinate with survey/engineering/legal teams.
• Represent SEH at public meetings, stakeholder discussions, and project coordination meetings.
• Track acquisition schedules, maintain project documentation, and support clients through all phases of right-of-way acquisition.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and develop into an independent right-of-way professional through training and mentorship.
