Qualifications

• Active NC Real Estate License is required.
• Active NC Notary or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Acquire right-of-way rights for distribution and electrical transmission projects in accordance with guidelines and regulations.
• Support the Project Manager and project team members.
• Prepare real estate documents.
• Conduct property research for ownership and boundary information.
• Communicate with property owners regarding right of way acquisition.
• Perform general administrative tasks to keep projects moving.
