TNT Crane & Rigging, Inc. seeks a Southway Rigging Trainer to deliver technical rigging and safety training across multiple business units.

This full-time role is a remote extension of the Corporate Office, preferably in the Houston, Atlanta, or Denver metro areas, with up to 80% travel. You will lead classroom, hands-on, and blended learning; demonstrate correct rigging practices; assess performance; and coach employees to build sound judgment and safe work habits on the jobsite.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of rigging experience with field credibility to explain standards and safe application.
• Experience delivering technical or safety training to riggers, operators, and craft professionals.
• Working knowledge of ASME, OSHA, MSHA, and related requirements and industry standards.
• Ability to demonstrate rigging concepts and evaluate performance with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on instruction in rigging practices, equipment selection and use, inspection, hazard recognition, lift preparation, communication, and safety requirements.
• Model correct techniques, observe participants, evaluate performance, and coach toward safe, repeatable work habits.
• Coordinate training schedules with hiring, qualification, certification, refresher, and operational needs across units.
• Maintain accurate training and certification records and communicate results to leaders.
