Job summary

Orionplacement in Kentucky-based heavy haul and rigging operations seeks a seasoned Foreman to lead daily rigging and heavy lifting, assign crews, manage equipment, and ensure project safety and delivery.

Travel across Kentucky and surrounding states is required. 5+ years rigging, 2+ years leadership, and fluent English are essential. Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $40.00 per hour with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of rigging and/or heavy lifting experience.
• 2+ years of foreman, crew leader, or comparable field leadership experience.
• Extensive travel availability across Kentucky and surrounding states.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to meet safety training requirements and required testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily rigging and heavy lifting operations and assign crew members.
• Establish and enforce safe work standards, operating procedures, and project expectations.
• Develop project scopes, identify needs, and coordinate schedules.
• Manage day-to-day field operations and keep projects on track.
• Coordinate with customers, project teams, and office on scheduling and mobilization.
