Kitson Human Capital Solutions is confidentially representing a well-established heavy-haul and rigging company in Kentucky. The role seeks an experienced rigger who can also run haul operations, enabling high‑value lifts and over‑the‑road moves. The position offers a clear path to superintendent or PM.

You will rig and haul on complex projects, lead a crew of riggers and drivers, and own safety and sequencing on moves. Relocation support is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on rigging experience with heavy, complex lifts.
• Class A CDL with real heavy-haul road time.
• Ability to rig and haul, not just one.
• Proven leadership to run a crew.
• Experience with SPMT or self-propelled transport.
• Machinery-moving or millwright background.
• OEM or specialized equipment training.

Responsibilities

• Haul the load on a Class A with permits and routing.

About the role

A well-established heavy-haul and rigging company in Kentucky is hiring experienced riggers who can also run the haul — the hard-to-find combination. Someone who can set and run rigging on complex, high-value lifts and move the load over the road on a Class A. You already do the whole job; this is the seat that pays you like the specialist you are and puts you on a path to superintendent or PM.

What you'll do

Compensation & logistics

• Location: Kentucky — relocation support provided for the right person
• Pay: $80,000–$100,000+ depending on experience, plus overtime and per diem on travel
