Job summary

Celestica seeks a remote RF Test Development Engineer to design, develop and implement test solutions for RF electronic assemblies, supporting production and design verification. The role focuses on high-frequency testing up to 50 GHz and serves Aerospace and Defense customers, with 25-50% travel to Minnesota.

You will own hardware/software architecture of the RF testing platform and provide technical leadership across a global engineering services network, interfacing with local and remote

Qualifications

• Experience in RF test development for high-frequency systems.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to design and deploy production test solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of production test solutions.
• Create test development proposals based on requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of support engineers.
• Input to project resourcing, budgets, and scheduling.
• Review product design requirements and develop test strategies.
• Act as primary customer technical contact.
• Analyze tradeoffs in complex test systems and propose solutions.
• Coordinate site and network-wide deployment efforts.
• Manage relationships with key vendors/partners.
• Contribute to long-term investment and skill development strategies.
• Complete test development solutions including hardware, software, integration, qualification.
• Debug tester issues using DOE and failure analysis.
