Job summary

Keysight is hiring a Senior RF Test System Engineer for the Aerospace & Defense Custom Solutions (ADCS) team. The role is highly autonomous and customer-facing, focused on designing, integrating, and deploying advanced RF test systems for defense and aerospace customers in a range of platforms and environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years in Test Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related RF/ATE work.
• Experience with RF test equipment and automated test environments.
• Experience leading technical projects and customer-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for design, development, integration, and deployment of custom RF test systems for aerospace/defense customers.
• Architect and implement automated test solutions including software development and test interfaces.
• Design and validate system-level solutions combining RF instrumentation, switching, and software automation.
• Collaborate with customers to translate requirements into practical engineering solutions and ensure project success.
• Lead cross-functional projects with engineering, program management, and external partners.
• Participate in design reviews and milestones to ensure performance and schedule objectives.
• Integrate Keysight hardware/software into customer environments and verify performance to spec.
• Provide pre-sales support, technical training, and post-deployment customer success.
