Job summary

Celestica is seeking an RF Test Development Engineer to design, develop, and implement test solutions for RF electronic assemblies. The role focuses on Celestica’s RF testing infrastructure up to 50 GHz, serving Aerospace & Defense customers and supporting a global engineering services network.

You will lead production test strategies, own hardware/software RF test architecture, and partner with a PMO to deliver robust test solutions for design and manufacturing customers.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing, and deploying RF test solutions.
• Ability to lead production test strategy and architecture for up to 50 GHz RF platforms.
• Strong technical leadership coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with DOE/8D problem-solving and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of production test solutions, including strategic planning, design, and implementation.
• Create test development proposals based on production test requirements, estimating scope, resources and schedule.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of support engineers, local and remote.
• Act as primary customer technical contact and coordinate site deployments.
• Review product design requirements and develop production test strategies.
