Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or closely related discipline.
• Experience using MATLAB for satellite communications analysis, link budgets, RF modeling, or related simulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to interpret technical data and regulation documents.
• Familiarity with spectrum management principles and frequency coordination.
• Understanding of RF propagation, antenna theory, modulation, and digital communications.

Responsibilities

• Perform RF engineering analyses, modeling, and simulation to evaluate communications system performance.
• Develop satellite link budgets using industry-standard methodologies and tools.
• Use MATLAB for satellite communications analysis, RF modeling, and propagation studies.
• Conduct EMC/EMI analyses and RF spectrum coordination.
• Prepare technical documents, reports, and presentations.
• Interpret FCC/NTIA/ITU regulations and support spectrum management meetings.
