Qualifications

• Experience reviewing AI outputs within sales operations workflows.
• Ability to apply policy and playbooks with consistency.
• Clear written reasoning naming the policy/workflow applied.
• Ability to flag escalations and safety concerns with rationale.
• Availability for asynchronous work of at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against sales ops workflows, playbooks and firm policy.
• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric.
• Flag operational risk and policy-adherence gaps with severity tags.
• Capture the right next step for modeling team training.
• Adjudicate disputed treatments using firm guidance.
