Job summary
ON-Board Services is seeking Structural Designers for full-time/contract-to-hire roles. Positions can be remote or hybrid, depending on location, with US-based candidates welcome. Compensation ranges from $50 to $70 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field.
- At least 1 year of Revit experience.
- Preference of experience in light manufacturing facility design.
- Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures.
- Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam.
- Strong communication skills verbally and written.
Responsibilities
- Maintain effective communications with department members and higher management.
- Perform 3D modeling in Revit.
- Assist in creation of contract drawings.
