Fortidia is seeking a Revenue & Performance Analyst to measure success across AlphaGraphics, PostNet, and World Options. You’ll surface insights that guide where to invest and connect marketing activity and pricing decisions to revenue and margin at the franchise level.

This strategic analyst role sits at the core of a marketing transformation, acting as the right hand to the Marketing team and helping align US analytics with broader international reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience across marketing performance, revenue or pricing analysis, growth strategy, or marketing operations.
• Experience building performance measurement frameworks, not just maintaining them.
• Strong command of attribution modeling, marketing mix analysis, and ROI-based decisions.
• Working knowledge of pricing and profitability drivers, including price and mix analysis and margin impact modeling.
• Experience collaborating with IT, BI, Finance, and external agencies as a strategic partner.

Responsabilités

• Build measurement across paid, organic, email, local, national, and partner channels.
• Create attribution models linking spend to franchise revenue and acquisition cost.
• Define what we measure and connect it to business objectives.
• Own the initiative tracker with defined success criteria and metrics.
• Translate data into actionable narratives for executive audiences.
• Monitor pricing adoption and measure impact across three brands.
