Job summary

Exaforce is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build the backbone of a fast-growing sales organization. You will own forecasting, CRM administration, deal desk, territory planning, and revenue reporting in a fully remote role.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success to ensure accurate forecasting and clean data. You’ll drive data-driven decisions and implement scalable processes for growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in revenue operations or sales operations.
• Hands-on CRM administration across more than one CRM.
• Solid sales forecasting experience with numbers for executives.
• Deal desk experience building CRM approval workflows.
• Experience designing and balancing sales territories.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sisense or Looker).
• Familiarity with AI tools in daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own sales forecasting cadence and data-driven insights for leadership.
• Maintain and build out CRM objects, fields, data mapping, and adoption.
• Design deal desk workflows including discounts, terms, and routing.
• Plan and rebalance sales territories as the team grows.
• Build dashboards and data models for revenue reporting.
• Ensure data quality and pipeline hygiene across teams.
