Job summary

Red River is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with Revenue Operations, transforming data into actionable insights and designing scalable processes that boost efficiency and revenue growth.

You will work across Sales, Client Success, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to standardize processes, strengthen data governance, and support strategic initiatives that improve visibility across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, BI, or similar analytical role.
• Strong experience analyzing business performance and developing executive reporting.
• Experience gathering business requirements and improving business processes.
• Experience supporting CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI platforms.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting.
• Analyze business performance across clients, account executives, industries, geographies, service offerings, and recurring revenue.
• Monitor and report on key financial and sales metrics.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to leadership with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Support pipeline governance and forecast reviews through analysis and reporting.
• Monitor opportunity progression and pipeline health to identify data quality gaps.
• Analyze lead generation, opportunity conversion, account penetration, and renewal performance.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to improve opportunity hygiene and forecast accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility into recurring revenue, renewals, and long-term pipeline health.
