Geisinger is seeking an experienced revenue cycle professional to handle professional and hospital billing and collections. You will bill and collect for third-party payers, post cash, and resolve AR while supporting cash flow and operational goals.

The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with leadership to optimize processes. A minimum of 3 years related experience and a high school diploma are required; an associate degree is preferred.

• Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience required.
• Certification(s) and License(s):

Responsabilidades

• Billing and collection for professional and/or hospital accounts within revenue management.
• Process third-party payer claims, cash posting, AR resolution and adjustments.
• Provide analysis to supervisor on trends, issues and opportunities to improve cash flow.
• Collaborate with leadership and other areas to coordinate revenue management activities.
