Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Strategy and Operations - Revenue Integrity Lead for a remote US-based role. You will partner with senior healthcare leaders to strengthen charge capture, align workflows, and drive cleaner claims and cash collections during a complex Epic implementation.

You will guide operational design, oversee CDM and charging workflows, and apply process discipline to stabilize revenue performance. Travel nationwide is expected on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare operations focused on revenue integrity, coding, finance, revenue cycle management, patient accounting, or physician billing.
• Director-level experience leading Revenue Integrity operations.
• Experience with Epic revenue cycle IT or as an operational partner during Epic implementations.
• Proven trusted advisor to senior healthcare leaders in complex environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of charge capture and reconciliation processes linked to the CDM.
• Experience collaborating with Epic IT on charging workflow design and implementation.
• Healthcare consulting experience is preferred.
• Epic Charging certification preferred; Resolute HB or SBO certification is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to travel weekly nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the client’s Revenue Integrity leader, guiding decisions during the Epic implementation.
• Guide charge capture and CDM design to meet operational and payer requirements.
• Align charging build with operational needs in collaboration with Information Services and the Epic team.
• Oversee charging workflows and reconciliation processes leading up to go-live, supporting Revenue Integrity during stabilization.
• Anticipate revenue impacts of build and workflow decisions, escalating risks as necessary.
• Leverage Epic functionality to enhance clean claim rates, reduce denials, and improve cash collections.
• Conduct root cause analysis using data to identify opportunities for strengthening revenue integrity.
• Introduce Operational Excellence best practices and build trusted relationships with client leadership.
