Harris is seeking a Revenue Integrity/AR Representative to support physician practice financial performance by ensuring accurate charge capture, compliant billing, and timely reimbursement.

Remote role welcoming candidates in the US and Canada. The position emphasizes analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physician billing, AR management, or revenue integrity.
• Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and payer reimbursement methodologies.
• Proficiency in EHR and billing systems (e.g., Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks, or similar).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Project management skills, including coordinating process improvement initiatives and tracking outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Review physician charges and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and CPT/ICD-10 compliance.
• Identify and resolve billing and charge capture errors before claim submission.
• Manage AR aging and follow up on unpaid/denied claims to ensure timely collections.
• Collaborate with coding, billing, and clinical teams to prevent errors and improve processes.
• Analyze denial trends and recommend improvements.
• Conduct internal audits to support revenue integrity and payer contract compliance.
• Prepare reports tracking reimbursement performance and outstanding balances.
• Stay updated on payer policies and healthcare reimbursement trends.
