Job summary

Harris is seeking a Revenue Integrity/Accounts Receivable Representative to support physician practice financial performance through accurate charge capture, compliant billing, and timely reimbursement. This remote role welcomes candidates in the United States and Canada, enabling cross-border collaboration across coding, billing, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities include reviewing charges for CPT/ICD-10 compliance, resolving errors before submission, managing AR aging, and analyzing denial

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years of experience in physician billing, AR management, or revenue integrity.
• Strong knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and payer reimbursement methodologies.
• Proficiency with EHR/billing systems (Epic, Athena, eClinicalWorks) and Excel for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review physician charges and supporting documents for accuracy and payer compliance.
• Identify, research, and resolve billing and charge capture errors before submission.
• Manage AR aging and follow up on unpaid, underpaid, or denied claims.
• Collaborate with coding, billing, and clinical teams to prevent recurring errors.
• Analyze denial trends and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct internal audits to support revenue integrity and payer terms.
• Prepare reports on reimbursement performance, collections, and balances.
• Stay current with payer policies and reimbursement trends.
