• Advanced knowledge of coding, auditing and documentation guidelines.
• 3–5 years of experience in coding and auditing/chart reviews.
• CPC/CCS and CPMA/CEMA certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze chart audits and educate providers across the Revenue Integrity scope.
• Perform coding reviews and monitor denial trends to improve capture accuracy.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance and leadership on process improvements and KPI reporting.
• Support education on coding updates and EPIC revisions with timely rollout.
• Ensure charge capture processes align with CDM linkage and payer policies.
