Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Financial Clearance Specialist to deliver world-class customer service and verify benefits for patient cost shares and liabilities prior to the date of service.

The role is remote, with travel to client sites or corporate offices as needed. Target metrics include 2% of Net Patient Revenue and 95% call scores, with hourly pay between $17.00 and $18.65 based on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in a call center with collection experience.
• Articulate, personable, dependable with excellent communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented, exceeding customer expectations.
• Types 45 WPM and proficient in multiple computer applications.
• Knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Willing to adopt innovative processes including AI.

Aufgaben

• Provide world-class customer service and verify benefits using HIS benefits screen and update accounts in workflow system with accurate documentation.
• Select accurate medical records for patient safety and schedule appropriate procedures based on physician orders.
• Assign insurance plans, perform electronic eligibility confirmation, document results, and collect patient cost share/liability within 48 hours of the date of service.
• Utilize hospital systems to facilitate communication with gatekeepers and collect documentation as appropriate.
• Meet performance targets: 2% of Net Patient Revenue; call score averages of 95% daily, weekly, and monthly.
