Job summary

North American Dental Group (NADG) is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist (remote) to join our Revenue Cycle Team. This role focuses on processing claims, posting payments, and managing patient billing in a high-volume dental admin setting.

You will work with insurance portals, clearing houses, and practice management software to ensure timely coding, submission, and follow-up. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in dental/medical revenue cycle and a detail-oriented, team-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Dental or Medical Revenue Cycle experience.
• Experience with dental/auditing workflows and insurance follow up.
• Proficient in MS Office and practice management tools.

Responsibilities

• Process dental claims for insurance payments with accurate coding.
• Post payments and perform bank reconciliation tasks.
• Follow up on denials and resubmissions with payers.
• Research unapplied payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with patients on billing questions.
• Maintain ledger accuracy and account integrity.
• Support revenue cycle improvements and root-cause analysis.
