Job summary

Sprinter Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to own the front and back ends of our billing cycle from pre-submission QA to AR reconciliation. You will ensure accurate posting, resolve rejections, and maintain payer relationships across multiple queues.

This is a remote role demanding fluency in ERA/EOB processes and payer-specific requirements. The role emphasizes collaborative problem solving with the RCM platform team and Denial Specialists, ensuring clean submissions and timely

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical billing experience spanning AR reconciliation, claim submission/QA, or rejection management
• Experience with ERA/EOB reconciliation at volume and payer-level considerations
• Familiarity with 837 claim files, 277 rejection reports, and ERA/835 remittance files

Responsibilities

• AR & Reconciliation: reconcile ERA/EOB payments, identify underpayments, and maintain AR aging across payer relationships
• Claim Submission & Pre-submission QA: perform pre-submission scrubbing, verify eligibility, and confirm auth numbers
• Rejection Resolution: resolve claim rejections and track root causes with the Denial Specialists
